psychoeducation

Psychoeducation is a discipline that specializes in the prevention and intervention in the field of psychosocial adjustment difficulties. While primarily working with youth, psychoeducators intervene with people of all ages.

Psychoeducation aims to bring out the strengths and full potential of an individual or family in order to restore their well-being. Our services are for individuals who are experiencing behavioural, psychological, and emotional difficulties.
