C.A.F.E Program :

  • The C.A.F.E (Crise-Ado-Famille-Enfance) Program was developed for children age 0 to 17 and their family who are experiencing a major family crisis. C.A.F.E team is available 24 hours a day–7 days a week, year-round.

811:

  • Dialing 811 promptly puts you in touch with a nurse for a non-urgent health problem or with a professional in psychosocial intervention for psychosocial difficulties. 

Wellness Together Canada:

  • Wellness Together Canada was created in response to a rise in mental health and substance use concerns since the COVID-19 pandemic. Services range from basic wellness information, to one-on-one sessions with a counsellor, to community support.

Suicide Action Montréal (SAM):

  • This organization offers support services to those dealing with suicide/suicidal thoughts, their loved ones as well as people affected by the suicide of a loved one. A worker is available by telephone 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
